CD1000 Grain Classifiers

Description

The CD1000 from Cimisa (Brazil) is a high precision grain cleaner and grain grader – ideally designed for grading of seeds.

The CD1000 has a total of 5 x splits of product
1. Over sized material
2. Undersized material
3. 3 x Gradings of seed (by size)

The CD1000 has a capacity for precleaning of up to 4.8tons per hour, and when used as a grader/classifier – up to 2 tons per hour, and when used as a pre-cleaner – up to 4.8tons per hour.

All screens are fitted with rubber balls, to prevent screen blockages
