The ABC Hansen EXOFIL200 filter press is the final filter in our oil pressing lines.

The filter is fitted with filter paper, backed by canvas material, for filtering of oil after pressing.
Usually the filter press will be fitted with filter paper in the 3-5micron range, to remove all visible solids from the oil.
The working principle is that the oil is forced through the filter paper by an integrated high pressure pump, forcing the oil through the filter paper, and leaving the residual solids on the filter paper, producing a clear, clean oil after filtering.
We suggest processors install a centrifugal filter before the filter press – to reduce the amount of solids in the oil, before entering the filter press, to increase the efficiency and capacity of the oil press, and to reduce the need for paper changes and machine cleaning time.
