The single flow pellet cooler is a simplified pellet cooler, for lower intensity users, with lower capacity and higher cooling time.
The cooler is fitted with a 2.2KW fan, that blows ambient air through the pellets, as they pass over tumbler/mix flow angles in the cooler.
The air that has passed through the pellets, passes to the top of the cooler, through a fine hole perforated plate – the perforated plate trapping most of the dust and debris in the cooler, as the product passes through.
The cooler has low footprint, has a low height and has a lower capital cost than the Counterflow cooler – while not giving up on the quality of the end product.
