Nogueira’s NXT210 rapidly debags nearly all grains that have been store in silo bags. The extraction uses screw conveyors for the extraction of the commodity with two lateral sweeper augers and one central auger.
With this unit, the bag is fastened to the integrated cylinder on the machine, and the bag is then rolled up as the machine progresses through the grain as it empties. The sweeping augers move grain along the entire width of the bag, bringing the grain to the central auger which then lifts the grain and discharges it to the waiting trucks/trailers.
The machine is also available with an optional truck discharge kit, allowing it to receive grain from side dumping trucks, to load into the NSG9200 bag loader It has an ideal supply kit for unloading the dump truck, making short work of loading bags and eliminating the need for expensive concete dump pits.
