The entry level unit in the range of wood chippers from Industrial Machine Solution and is used for reducing wood into smaller particles called wood chips.

Wood chips are used for
Compost
Flower bed coverings, allowing retention of moisture and preventing weed undergrowth.
Orchard base coverage.
Walk ways and drive ways, preventing mud pools and slipping.
Firing boilers and furnaces and hearths.
Further reduction of chips of invader bush through a hammer mill to produce feed for ruminants

The Grizzly 100 wood chipper is powered by  either a 12HP 1 cylinder, air cooled Briggs and Stratton petrol engine, and is able to chip branches up to 100mm in diameter with the latest upgrades. Ideal for urban tree surgeons, garden services, smallholdings, vineyards, orchards and the soldiers in the fight against invader bush

Branches thicker than 100mm are ideal for firewood – and can be processed and sold as such, instead of chipping by using the our bench saws and log splitters

The Grizzly 100 is ideal for urban and sub-urban rental companies as well, to be able to offer home owners options when trimming their gardens, and to save money on hiring expensive skips.

The Grizzly 100 Woodchipper is a drum chipper (in contrast with our larger Grizzly range of commercial and industrial chippers which are disc chippers), and has a gravity infeed and no feeder rollers. The chipper is able to chip branches up to 100mm in diameter, and the resulting chips are between 7mm and 20mm in length, making them perfect for quick composting and the other uses above.

The entire chipper is mounted on a wheeled frame, to easily move the chipper around by hand and is CE Certified for operator safety.
