The VNM range of vertical mixers are recognized around the world for their homogenous mixes, due to the uniques system of perfectly synchonized mixing drums. The mixing drums are fitted with sharp knives that chop up whole small bales, or broken up large bales.
Equiped with three high definition load cells and a weight display, accurate mixures are a cinche, and exact feed distribution is also achievable.
What diffrentiates the VNM from other vertical mixer is the side plates – which are constructed of 5mm stainless steel plate – ensuring long lifespan of your mixer, due to the abrasive resistance of stainless steel.
The mixer has a strong chassis, and the spreader is mounted to the drawbar, to allow for easier leveling of the mixer – on any tractor.
The cutting/mixing drums in the mixer are fitted with 9 x blades and two counterblades
The discharge chute has gravity discharge, or optionally with hydraulic belt discharge, to allow for precise opening of the chute, according to the feed distribution rate, and the speed of the tractor accross the feeding area.
The discharge is achieved using either gravity or optionally belt conveyors – that are also hydraulically driven for a smooth and precise movement for the discharge through the chute to the feeding area.
The height of the discharge is also adjustable – again by hydraulic control in case of the optional belt discharge
