CD3000 Grain Classifier

Description

The CD3000 Mammoth from Cimisa (Brazil) is a ultra high capacity grain cleaner/grader – for  designed primarily for commercial seed operations o clean and/or grade a wide variety of grains and agricultural products. The CD2000 Elephant as standard also includes an aspiration system for even better results at high capacity – for optimal standardization of your seed

The CD3000 has a capacity for precleaning of up to 18 tons per hour, and when used as a grader/classifier – up to 9.5 tons per hour, .

All screens are fitted with rubber balls, to prevent screen blockages, and each screen set has individual drives for optimal setting and grading results – the screens in the CD3000 Mammoth are also set up in cascading style – for even flow over all screens, and the grader is fitted with an intelligent electronic doser, ensuring an even flow of grain into and out of the grader.
