Grain cleaner – Model 18/750/2000

Nominal capacity: Up to 240T/hr – based on soy beans @ 750kg/m³
Estimated cleaning at full capacity – on soy beans @ 13% moisture from 4% to 1% impurities
Estimated cleaning at full capacity – on soy beans @ 18% moisture from 4% to 2% impurities
Sifting area – 27m² ocver 18 screens

Screens distrbution:

1. 2 x Screens in top deck (3m²) for large particle removal
2. 6 x Screens in intermediate deck (9m²) to remove primary fines
3. 10 x Screens in bottom deck (15m²) for removal of secondary fines

Screen size – 2m x 750mm per screen
Screens are removable and replaceable by removing front doors on the cleaner.
Screens are self cleaning – with rubber balls in the screen framework.

Drive: Screen drive – 6HP – IP55
(suggest to install VFD/Softstarter for ramped up starting)
Movement type: Oscillating by weighted flywheel.
Movement adjustment: Adjusting of weighted flywheel counterweights
Construction: Mild Steel Painted
