The Falcon is a rotary grain pre-cleaner with capacity of up to 150 Tons per hour to remove oversize and undersize particles. An aspiration system is optional but highly recommended to achieve capacity and to ensure proper cleaning. For markets debagging into bulk systems, a twine/string removal system can be included to avoid blockage of the cleaning systems downstream.

Capacities of equipment is based on maize at 721kg/m³ density, maximum 14% moisture and maximum 4% impurities. Capacities can vary depending on the size of the screens, impurity content and type and type of product. All capacities on equipment is based on free flowing product with angles of repose not more than 30º.
